Residency Qualifications:
- Anyone who has lived continuously in Colorado for at least six months immediately before buying a license and who intends to make Colorado home.
- Active Duty US armed services personnel, and their dependants (no reserve or National Guard).
- Full time students enrolled in an accredited Colorado college or University at least six months immediately before purchasing a license.
- Fifteen years and under no license required (resident or non-resident).

Taylor River - Gunnison County
|
From Gunnison, go 11 miles north on Highway 135 to Road 742, Taylor River Road. Then go seven miles east to Harmel's Ranch Resort. |

Fishing: Cold water stream |
|
Restrictions:
- Artificial flies or lures only
- All fish must be returned to the water IMMEDIATELY
- Public access and fishing prohibited from top of Taylor Dam to 325 yards downstream
- Camping prohibited
- Fires Prohibited
- Hunting Prohibited
- Parking prohibited except in designated areas
- Private land starts .4 miles downstream from the dam

From Gunnison, go north on highway 135 to Almont. Turn right on county road 742, travel seven miles to Spring Creek. |
